The issuance of a residence permit by right does not mean the automatic assignment of a residence permit!
The foreigner will have to respect the conditions fixed by the texts for obtaining a residence permit. The notion of full right refers to the power of appreciation, which will then be limited.
The following are concerned
- Foreign children under the age of 21 or dependent on a Congolese national
- Dependent ascendants of a French national or his/her spouse
- Foreigners recognized as refugees
- Foreigners who are family members of a refugee
