ALUME LWAMBA LIPU born in Kongolo on 22 /12 /1975 in the province of Tanganyika where I come from and father of 6 children, son of LIPU KANYOGE and MWALI AWEZAI. I began my primary education in Kongolo and was then taken by my older brothers to Lubumbashi where I completed my primary education at the École Saint André and obtained a primary school leaving certificate. Wanting to continue my studies, I enrolled at the Institut Tayari from 1990 to 1998, where I obtained my state diploma in general education.
And then during the holidays I had to do some training in English, the language I don't speak well enough.
Ambitious to continue my university studies, I took a test at the University of Lubumbashi at the end of which my name came up at the Faculty of Social and Administrative Sciences, Department of Political and Administrative Sciences, where I finished my degree in 2003 with 68%.
Once I started working, I had to do some training in IT and English, then I took a test at CENI in 2005 and I was appointed chairman of the polling and counting office.
Also during my university studies, I had to do work placements in various departments such as the Directorate-General for Contributions and the Directorate-General for Tourism.
